I have just ordered electric shutters, does the electrician come at the same time of installation?
Unlike other companies, when we fit our roller shutters we have our licensed electrician hard wire the motor into your mains power box. Generally, this will be done in just over 1 hour.
What type of motor do you use?
We use a European made motor called SIMU which is a 240 volt dc motor. With all our motors we provide you with a full 10 year warranty.
What are your shutters made of?
All of our roller shutters are made from premium marine grade aluminium.
Will the Roller Shutters colours peel or fade??
No, they will not fade or discolour as our shutters go through a 3 stage paint process, which includes 1.Pretreatment 2.A base Coat 3. A clear coat lacquer. We offer 12 architectural colours so our Roller Shutters compliment the colour scheme of your home.
What warranty do you offer on your Roller shutters and Installation?
We offer a full 10 Year warranty on all Motorised Roller Shutters. Manual Roller shutters come with a 5 year warranty.
